Sadgun Swami asked, “Swami, among Satsang and Kusang, which is the strongest?”
Let us say there is a fight between Satsang and Kusang. Who wins? Let us also say both Satang and Kusang are equally strong. Does Satsang win or does Kusang?
Maharaj said that Satsang always wins over Kusang. Bhagavad-Gita supports Maharaj by saying that, “The one who has God with him and has a Saint with him always wins for sure.”
Why is that Satsang always wins over Kusang?
Even if Satsang is short, it is full of truthfulness. God is with the one who does Satsang. Truth doesn’t exist in Kusang and God doesn’t support it.
Are demigods powerful, or are demons powerful?
Actually, demons are more energetic and powerful than demigods. Yet demigods always win because God is always with them.
Is darkness powerful or light?
Himalayan caves would be in absolute darkness since thousands of years. One ray of light would sweep away the darkness.
If we leave Satsang completely and embrace Kusang, then Kusang obviously wins. But if you hold a ray of Satsang, it is going to win always.
Vyas Bhagwan said that, “Both Satsang and Kusang are present in every devotee. If you stop Satsang forever, then Kusang will win. But if Satsang is continued until the end, Satsang wins for sure.”
